Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Retail Assistant Manager located in Clementi. Our client is one of Singapore's largest nurseries and you will be responsible for supporting the store manager with daily operations such as handling cash, managing security protocols, and ensuring team adherence to company policies. A key focus is on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving any complaints to maintain high satisfaction. The position also requires assisting in sales strategy implementation, monitoring performance, and contributing to budget planning for profitability. Additionally, it includes overseeing inventory management, analyzing product movement to optimize stock levels, leading staff through training and supervision, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves collaborating on marketing efforts to boost sales through promotions and events.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Good understanding of the retail environment and industry.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
