Were on the lookout for Retail Associates to join our team on a freelance basis! Known amongst the crew as Brand Insiders (Lite), you will play a vital role in providing a memorable store experience for our community. A Brand Insider (Lite) should be an instinctive empath, understanding the needs of our community, even down to specific preferences of an individual community member that pops by at our stores like family (yes, plus points for remembering names and quirks!). A great conversationalist, we love an easygoing, personable character that people would naturally gravitate to.
Brand Insiders (Lite) are the retail face of BTV. Theyll not only be an expert on all our products but would also be a master at daily store operations, logistics and visual merchandising making sure the gears are always oiled and running smoothly, and that our stores are always looking great! Working in tandem with our full-time team, our Brand Insiders (Lite) will be working on the floor to always keep the stores buzzing! The main focus of this job would be providing authentic hospitality to the faces that we encounter and making them feel right at home.
- Responsibilities include:
At the heart of the crew, we truly believe in providing radical service for raving fans, that means thinking inside and outside the box to build lasting friendships with our community.- Foster active and genuine relationships with our customers, remembering their preferences to offer a customised store experience.
Understand our products inside out, and be able to recommend supporting products that would enhance the customers lifestyle.
- Understand and execute the daily technical operations of the store such as POS (point of sale) management, inventory stocktake, stock management, and upholding visual merchandising standards.

Proficient in verbal English with great communication and people skills.
- A friendly and outgoing disposition, we love a warm personality to work with!
Proactiveness and an ability to think smart on ones feet.- Pressure wont get the best of them! A calm composure when put in challenging situations is a great character trait we look out for.
Dependable and meticulous, this person is obsessed with keeping things neat and organised.
- Available to work (2 weekdays, 1 weekend).
