Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

• Location: Forum The Shopping Mall, Singapore

• Working hours: 5 working day from 10:30am-8pm (with 1 hour lunch break)

• Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge to our customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring that our customers have a positive and enjoyable experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and product recommendations.

• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.

Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.

• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock counts.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.

• Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail, preferably in a similar setting (mother and kids products, fashion, lifestyle).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping people.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and sales techniques.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
