Retail beauty Sales Specialist (beauty industry)

Location : Jewel (Store officially open in Dec. Currently have kiosk at Jewel)

Basic + Commission

Working hour : 5 days work (off day on weekdays)

4 shift rotation

10am - 7pm

11am - 8pm

12am - 9pm

1pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities

. Drives top line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers

. Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively

. Creates enthusiasm for selling strategies by inspiring, supporting and

mentoring others selling behaviours

. Work in a fast-paced retail environment with a 5-day workweek and 9-hour shifts (including a 1-hour lunch break)

. Displays expert product knowledge and takes initiative to elevate personal and peer knowledge of product categories

. Responsible to meet minimum monthly sales target

. Contributes to and thrives in a sales-driven culture.

Requirement

. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

. A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales

. Able to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations

.Passionate about the beauty industry and eager to share their knowledge
