RETAIL BRANCH MANAGER/BEAUTY BEAUTY CONSULTANT

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to promote the company's services and products to customers

- Provide professional skin, body analysis and recommend a suitable range of treatments and products to customers

- To build and maintain relationships with customers, and manage to convert them into long-term customers

- Willing to keep exploring herself in the beauty industry- treatments, procedures, and technology

- Manage and provide training and guidance to beauticians when necessary

- Able to do sales reports and analyses for management, and suggest the solution

-Able to assist the Operation Manager with certain managerial tasks

Requirements:

- Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and able to multi-task

- Good working attitude and enjoy meeting people

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, prefer spoken and written

- Self-motivated in achieving sales targets

- Minimum 5 years working experience
