We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Retail Development & Project Executive to join our Retail Management Services team. This position reports directly to the Head of Retail Management Services and plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our retail stores.

Administrative:
- Keep track and compile monthly invoices and prepare reports
- Liaise with building managements and contractors to prepare and apply for permits for maintenance or repair or A&A works
- Prepare POs and keep track of delivery statuses
- Record and maintain accurate archive of lease documents, POs, invoices and permits
- Liaise with building managements and store managers for store administrative matters
Projects:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing projects and facilities maintenance
- Source for quotations and liaise with contractors for maintenance or repair or A&A works
- Prepare and submit all necessary architectural and M&E drawings and documentation to mall management and statutory authorities
- Capex monitoring including checking of invoices
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Proper record keeping of all drawings and documentation, including authority approvals
- Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
- Diploma in Real Estate/ Building Management or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in similar position with other retailers or real estate firms and proven track record of project management skills
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in store development and knowledge of building guidelines and requirements
- Excellent communication and writing skills and strong analytical skills
- Meticulous and well organised team player who is able to work independently
