With a global presence and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking an experienced and visionary Retail Director to lead their regional retail operations and drive their continued success.
Salary: $9500/month (with AWS & Bonus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail strategies aligned with brand vision and business goals to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.
- Oversee daily operations of retail locations, ensuring they meet brand standards, exceed customer expectations, and maintain luxury ambiance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of store managers and retail associates to achieve personal growth and professional excellence.
- Monitor store performance metrics, sales targets, and customer feedback to inform ongoing improvements and strategic decision-making.
- Uphold brand values and represent our company at all customer touchpoints, fostering strong relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in luxury retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and elevating customer experience in high-end or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development, motivation, and performance management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a refined, customer-centric approach.
