• Provides the sales team general administrative assistance and support
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Prepare Quotation and Costing
• Prepare delivery schedules, monitor orders and delivery
• Monitoring and report all pending quotations and orders
• Dealing and responding to emails
