Customer Service:
- Greet and engage with customers warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist customers in finding suitable products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Fashion Advisory (Sales)
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and trends
- Educate customers on product care, fitting, and styling options
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store events
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Maintain client records and follow up with personalized communications
- Notify customers about new products, events, and promotions
Requirements
- No experience welcomed.
- Proven experience in luxury fashion retail or a related field is a plus.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion and a keen sense of style.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-end retail environment.
