Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth store operation and management
Achieving store sales goals
Motivates and drives the sales team to achieve their individual and store KPI
Identifying and implementing new initiatives for improving service standards and sales
Providing training and coaching on product and customer services to sales team
Dealing with any customers enquires and complaints
Managing all store operational activities (Cash protection, loss prevention, inventory, manpower)
Encouraging team environment between associates
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Provide daily operation reports to management
Ensuring proper inventory management
Job Requirements:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Possess excellent organizing and leadership skill
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Availability to work for long hours
