Job Description

FairPrice Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven media sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and optimizing retail media solutions. This role requires extensive experience in advertising, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client value.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the retail media business.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, understand competitor strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify and acquire new clients, leveraging a strong network and industry knowledge to expand the company's client base.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored retail media solutions.
  • Oversee the management of high-profile client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients and report on media performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with retail media operations, campaign management, and data analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of retail media campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends to inform the development of new retail media products and solutions.
  • Coordinate with marketing, analytics, and client support teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive client success.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep understanding of the media and advertising landscape and emerging trends in retail media
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding media sales targets consistently and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, CRM tools and data analytics tools
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification, or IAB Digital Media Sales Certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements & Experience

  • 7-10 years experience in advertising and media sales role
