The Role
As a Retail Operations Intern, you play a crucial role in building our retail business unit and contribute to deliver service and operations excellence across our retail stores in Singapore. You will be supporting the stores day to day operation needs and be involved in executing new initiatives/processes together with the retail operations team and shape Love, Bonito Retail through this exhilarating phase.
Reporting directly to: Area Manager
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Key support to Retail Ops team and SG Retail stores
Ensure that operational issues/information are promptly and accurately delivered
Follow up with operational matters and deliver solutions that are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies
Develop and improve operational workflows to enhance stores productivity and efficiency
Assist in planning, organisation and execution of new initiatives, operational procedures, trainings, inventory stocktake and be present where required
Provide support for store environment and facilities maintenance for all locations
Liaise with cross-functional departments and external vendors to troubleshoot operational tech & equipment, such as POS issues, fabric & production defects, resolving customer grievances etc.
Coordinate the procurement monthly store supplies, and all necessary operational materials and all store events, including new store openings
Administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Availability for at least 6 months
Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, numerate and tech-savvy
Meticulous, high attention to detail, logical and analytical
Self-starter who takes responsibility and ownership of their work
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
A genuine interest and curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better
Is resourceful and has a knack for solving problems with agility
An outgoing personality who enjoys interacting and connecting with people
