As a Promoter for Blood Glucose Meters and Complementary Disposables to help Singaporeans decrease the cost of managing Diabetes, your primary role is to be the face and expert of our product line within assigned pharmacies. You are responsible for engaging directly with customers and pharmacy staff to promote the features, benefits, and proper usage of Blood Glucose Meters and their complementary disposables.

Your duties include:
- Product Promotion: Conduct demonstrations and provide comprehensive information on company products, emphasizing their quality and reliability. Educate customers and pharmacy staff on the advantages and usage of the products, aiming to increase product visibility and customer preference.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets as set by the company. Ensure consistent sales performance by actively seeking new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Customer Education and Support: Serve as a knowledgeable source for all product-related inquiries. Offer exceptional after-sales support by educating customers on proper product use, troubleshooting common issues, and providing updates on new products.
- Market Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and pharmacy staff about Company products. Understand market needs and customer preferences, and communicate insights to the sales and marketing team to aid in product improvement and innovative strategies.
- Training and Development: Attend product training sessions and stay up-to-date with the latest product features and industry trends. Ensure your knowledge is comprehensive and current to maintain credibility and effectiveness in sales strategy.
- Compliance and Ethical Conduct: Maintain the highest level of integrity and compliance with pharmacy policies and industry regulations during all promotional activities. Lead and Manage Promoters: Assist in guiding and overseeing the promoters for the healthcare device promotion project. Ensure that the team is well-coordinated and focused on project goals.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that the team provides top-notch customer service, thoroughly educating customers about the product and its benefits, and addressing their concerns effectively.
Requirements:
- Product training will be provided
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits to customers and pharmacy staff.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales of Blood Glucose Meters, especially in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, is advantageous.
- Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing helpful and informative interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers and build strong relationships with pharmacy staff and customers
