Retail Sales Assistant (Chocolate)

• 5 days 44hours/week (4 days 9 hours 1 day 8 hours)
• Location: MBS or Orchard
• Salary: Basic S$1,900 - S$2,300 + commission

Requirement

• Required at least 1 Year in F&B / Retail Sales experiences

Job Description

• Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
• Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
• To contact customers and perform after sales services
• Attain and maintain required service standards
• Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
• Provide supporting activities i.e. invoicing, packing
• Maintain housekeeeping standards at the Boutique
