Job Description:
- Responsible for opening and closing of shop (depending on the shift)
Cashiering duties using POS- Provide sales assistance to customers
Manage and liaise with Production on behalf of customers for orders via outlet
- Manage food delivery platform systems and orders
Replenish and refill display counter- Maintain cleanliness of retail area and display shelves
Job Requirement:- Ability to communicate in spoken and written English and conversational mandarin
Ability to multitask efficiently
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a team
Prioritize efficiency and customer experience- Responsible, assertive, positive attitude
Open to learning new skill
Work Arrangement:
- Working hours: 10am-7pm/1-10pm (shift), 1 hour break each
Working days: 6 days per week- Required to work on Sundays/Public Holidays(off days to be scheduled by Sales Manager)
