Job Title: Retail Associate

Responsibilities: As a Retail Associate, you will work collaboratively in one of our retail shops, performing various duties including:
- Handling retail and cashiering tasks
- Replenishing products on shelves
- Performing daily housekeeping duties
- Attending to customer inquiries and needs
- Collecting feedback on products and services
Working Schedule
- Rotating shift schedule (e.g., work one day, off the next, and repeat)
- Working hours: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm
- Candidates must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Level qualification
- Preference for candidates with sales, retail, or cashiering experience
- Service-oriented mindset with a passion for the retail industry
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
