Retail Sales Associate

Company Overview: We invite you to join our team at FIGHT CONCEPT, a project retail launch selling Athleisure Fashion. We bring in popular brands from world-wide to the local market. At FIGHT CONCEPT, we believe that everyone deserves sportswear that they can wear both in and out of the gym.

• Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Associate, you can experience how it is to be a lifestyle retailer during your course of work, learn more about the fashion industry and the fashion choices of shoppers.

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service - including on-the-ground service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Assist in finding products, providing information, and offering recommendations.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Prompt-following up with potential customers from online leads, via various communication channels.

Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.

And any other ad-hoc tasks given by the managers.

• Requirements:

Proven experience in achieving high sales track record

• Resilient and Adapt well to fast changing environments

Great listening and communication skills

• Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends

Working Schedule: Based on daily 2 shift system, Shift 1: 10am to 4pm, Shift 2: 4pm to 10pm, 7 days a week. Requirements: At least 3 shifts each week, monthly scheduling.

• Shift 1: 10am to 4pm (6hrs)

Shift 2: 4pm to 10pm (6hrs)

• Monday to Sunday

Experience:

• Retail Sales: 2 years (Preferred but not compulsory)
