Our client, a leading apparel-focused e-commerce platform in Japan, is expanding its presence with a new start-up in Singapore and is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell sneakers, streetwear, and collectible trading cards (e.g., Pokmon, One Piece).
- Perform cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients.
- Maintain store cleanliness and upkeep.
- Oversee inventory management and assist with stock replenishment.
- Support the setup and execution of in-store and pop-up events
- Create and manage engaging content for social media channels.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements & Preferences
- At least 3 years of retail experience
- Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities
- Solid knowledge of sneakers
- Positive team player with a collaborative attitude
- Familiarity with trading cards, such as Pokmon and One Piece
