Retail Sales Clerk

Job Description:

• Attend to walk-in customer
• Responsible for day-to-day customer service support including sales order entry, invoicing and making sure that deliveries have been made
• Attend to enquries, create new customer account, following up quotation with present and new customer
• Provide general support to sales team including preparing admin work & quotation
• Process orders & maintain company websites / social media
• Housekeeping
• Services: Plan Printing, Laminating, Book Binding, Photocopying
• Warehousing: Replenish stock to shelves from 2nd storey
• To perform ad-hoc duties as & when required

Job Requirement:

• 5 days work 08:20am - 17:50pm Monday - Friday
• Able to work independently, posses good multi-tasking skill
• Physically fit to climb staircases to carry down goods
