Location: Orchard/Somerset
Working Days & Hours: 5 days a week, 9-hour shifts between 11:00am and 9:30pm (including a 1-hour break)
Salary: Up to S$3,200 (base per month) + Transport Allowances + Bonus
Job Overview:
- As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play an integral role in driving the brand's growth across multiple markets and regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote and sell sneakers, apparel, and trading cards (e.g., Pokemon and One Piece cards).
- Handle cashier operations, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
- Manage inventory, including stock control and organization.
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of fashion/apparel sales experience.
- Experience in handling luxurious brands
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- A strong team player who is personable, service-focused, and self-driven.
- Willingness to learn about current and upcoming products and trends.
- Adaptable and willing to take on other tasks as required.
