Retail Staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service & assistance to customers
• Dynamic & proactive in meeting sales targets
• Attend to customers enquiries and feedback
• Maintain good product knowledge and high brand image
• Ensure smooth day to day operations and maintain inventory
• Must be meticulous with high morals and work ethics.
• Must be able to manage the day to day operations such as cleaning the display sets, maintaining the appearance and dignity of the shop
• Update of sales
• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Provide customer service and promote merchandise
• Carry out cashier responsibilities and daily financial reconciliation
• Manage stock replenishment, product merchandising, and displays
• Conduct basic housekeeping tasks
• Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to work retail hours
