Job Description

. Responsible for managing the daily operation of retail outlet

. Proactive in achieving the monthly sales targets

. Effective planning of weekly rosters to ensure maximum utilization of manpower

. Responsible for inventory management

. Handling customer service

. Staff training

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least 2 years of working experience in the local fashion retail

. Good leadership and interpersonal skill

. Independent and organized with good initiatives

. Flair in customer service

. Willing to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays
