What you will be working on

The team you are joining is dedicated to empowering Singaporeans to take charge of their financial health throughout their lives through comprehensive financial guidance products and services.
In this role, you will:
. Provide support to our Senior/ Managers in effectively executing operational activities, launching innovative financial solutions, and fostering public engagement and awareness.
. Execute administrative tasks and provide operational support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, the successful launch of new products and services, and the implementation of initiatives that drive awareness and encourage usage.
. Handle enquiries from CPF members relating to financial guidance products, services and CPF retirement schemes and provide clear and accurate information.
. Deliver training workshops on CPF financial guidance products, services and retirement schemes to internal staff.

. Serve as a knowledge resource personnel at public outreach events to offer insights on our financial offerings.
. Proactively identify and communicate potential areas for process improvement to supervisors.
. Review and implement process enhancements where applicable to optimise workflow and service delivery.

What we are looking for

. Relevant experience in administration or operations function.
. Interest in financial literacy, and ability to present information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
. Ability to handle public inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
. Self-motivated individual with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
. Good organisational skills with proficiency in numerical, written, and verbal communication
. Proficient in basic productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and eager to learn and apply new digital tools, such as generative AI and robotic process automation.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
We welcome fresh graduates in any discipline and candidates without working experience to apply. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
