What you will do:
Supervises the execution of the most basic projects. Serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures. Uses standard tracking tools to report project progress. Evaluates project costs and progress against budget and plan.
How you will do it:
Mange Security (CCTV, access card and etc) projects site activities
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor project
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specification
Attending site meeting, interact with customer
Perform overall quality control on work (budget, schedule, plans) and report to project status to PM
Establish good and effective communication with PM
Review site engineering, installation, manpower deliverables to initiate appropriate corrective action
Assist PM for Variation order opportunities
Site survey
Ensure all deliverable i.e material, drawing are approved prior to installation work
Command and control over sub-con
Increase productivity
Coordinate with product development, scheduling and resolve engineering design and test issues.
Assess and execute design changes and drawing releases.
Engage in product team on mechanical and electrical product design.
Handle product characterization and parametric testing.
Synthesize engineering responsibilities with product development team members.
Handle customer builds, launches and production and company and client plants.
Assist new business quotation activities.
Work with product designers to complete 3D models and 2D drawings.
Account to Project Manager and Engineering Management. Conform with engineering codes and standards and company QA system and policies.
Direct design of support systems for natural gas transmission plants and prime movers.
Ensure project completion by applying specialized knowledge. Coordinate with development team on new product applications.
What we look for:
Degree or Diploma with 1 year experience in lieu in BMS/BAS/Controls field
Excel, Word and Project essential
Require interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.
Strong stakeholder management skills
