Responsible for managing employee compensation and benefits programs and policies for Asia Pacific. Will focus on the development, communication, implementation, and administration of new and revised competitive compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Scope, plan and execute all related compensation and benefits programs impacting the region in partnership with HRBPs, and ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that align with organizational goals.
Participate in compensation and benefits surveys. Collect and analyze competitive market information to determine company's competitive position.
Provide expertise to the business groups in job leveling and evaluation, peer assessment, marketing benchmarking and competitive analysis in partnership with global compensation teams.
Monitors market trend, and consistently strive for improvements and competitiveness. Review and analyze statutory regulations changes pertaining to compensation and benefits, and report necessary and suggested changes to all stakeholders.
Represents company at external meeting events.
Collaborate with global compensation team and regional HR team to manage Annual Compensation Planning process.
Drive and lead insured benefits review, remarketing and renewal process.
Vendor management.
Project manage Rewards initiatives and issues involving multiple stakeholders.
Conduct employees communication sessions pertaining to rewards initiatives.
Demonstrate inclusion of our values and encourage demonstrating values throughout the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience required
Minimum 8 years experience in Rewards. Experience in executive compensation highly preferred
Working knowledge or salary structure development and design
Ability to lead cross functional teams within a multinational company
Advanced presentation creation skills
Strong business acumen
Project management skills and experience
Must be detail oriented
Strong knowledge of advanced excel functionality
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
