Risk Management Facilitator (RMF)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Review of Risk Assessments.

2. Attend Construction Risk Management (CRM) meeting.

3. Attend Project Safety Review (PSR) meeting.

4. DfS and CRM meeting to be conducted simultaneously.

5. Ensure prompt submission of the monthly RMF report during CRM meeting.

6. Attend Monthly RMF meeting.

7. Other RMF roles as tasked by Construction Managers and as per project requirements.

Requirements

- Have reasonable exposure in safety and health for construction especially on transportation infrastructure projects i.e. tunnel structure, viaduct structure etc.

- Attended the Design for Safety (DfS) for Professional Course and passed the assessment

- A registered PE or Architect with a Practicing Certificate, or

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience (tunnel structure, viaduct structure etc.) in the design (min. 5 years in design which includes contributions to designs, writing specifications) and the supervision of the construction of structures
