RMA Associate

Location: Macpherson/Ubi

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for RMA returns from customer

. Handle RMA request, approval, issuance of Purchase Order, billing of invoices

. Review and plan RTV schedule as driven by MRP

. Liaise with repair vendor on RTV return in order to meet customer demand (RMA application, return shipments)

. Liaise with logistics company on shipment arrangements, shipment status and custom declaration

. Responsible for Inventory Management, review and execute stocking rules pre-set by management periodically

. Prepare periodic reports for management review

. Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

. Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management

. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries

. Good team player and able to complete tasks assigned in shortest timeline

. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

. Good in Microsoft Office

. Independent and proactive

. SAP/MRP knowledge preferred

. Able to communicate effective bilingually in order to liaise with Chinese speaking logistics companies
