RPA Trainer (Adjunct Faculty)

• Job Objective

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA Trainer to join our dynamic Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and PowerApps, and possess an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA. This role is essential in equipping our learners with the skills needed to maximize operational efficiency through automation and low-code development.

• REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualifications:

Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is mandatory.

• Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse.

Strong understanding of workflow automation, condition and control structures, and dynamic decision-making within Power Automate.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in contextualizing training materials and conducting hands-on workshops.

• Ability to mentor and guide learners through complex technical concepts and projects.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and document generation in the context of Power Automate.

• Familiarity with low-code development and business process analysis.

Previous experience in a corporate training or educational setting.

• Work Environment:

* Remote or on-site training sessions as required.

• Flexible working hours to accommodate learner schedules.
