1. Implementation and Roll-Out Support:
- Manage the deployment of digital solutions, ensuring successful roll-out and alignment with client expectations
- Collaborate with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing communications and providing support throughout the implementation process
2. Training and user Support
- Deliver training sessions to users to ensure effective adoption of new digital tools and systems
- Provide post-roll-out technical support, resolving issues promptly and ensuring user satisfaction
3. Data Analytics and Reporting
- Collect and analyze data related to the performance and usage of digital solutions, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities
- Generate reports and visual presentations to communicate insights to clients and internal stakeholders
4. Project Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for both internal and client review
5. Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of roll-out processes, using feedback and data to enhance future implementations
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital transformation and data analytics to ensure the latest technologies are applied effectively
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Maintenance/Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, project management, or a related field
- Experience with system implementation, software deployment, or similar roll-out processes is preferred
- Familiarity with data analytics, including experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data insights
- Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a professional environment
