RPA Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Project Manager to lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. This role involves managing end-to-end RPA implementations to enhance operational efficiencies and achieve cost reductions through automation.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Has 8 years and above of experience in RPA;
• Strong background in technical support for RPA solution and is capable of building custom automations;
• Hands on experience in C#.Net;
• Expertise in leading automation initiatives to enhance business processes, drive efficiency, and reduce costs;
• Proficient in leading and influencing cross-functional teams;
• Familiar with various project management methodologies;
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of driving change effectively;
• Experienced in developing and deploying advanced RPA solutions;
• Proficient in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.

Desired Skill-set

• Have relevant RPA certification such as UiPath Certified/ Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced/ RPA Professional/ Blue Prism Developer/ Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive RPA strategy and execution from start to finish, preferably with experience in the insurance industry.
• Implement RPA initiatives and automation projects end-to-end to increase operational efficiency and reduce process costs.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify and drive automation success.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to gather detailed requirements, conduct thorough workflow analyses, and implement tailored automated solutions for significant operational enhancements.
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism.
• Establish RPA best practices by developing and maintaining robust frameworks, standards, and best practices specific to the insurance industry, ensuring high-quality solutions while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects from the initial requirements-gathering phase through to project completion.
• Optimize project delivery by collaborating closely with various business units to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing insurance processes, and define comprehensive requirements, leading to improved project delivery times and outcomes.
• Provide team leadership and development for team members and direct reports.
• Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills in RPA tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
