We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating healthy salads for customers. Our position will have a flexible schedule with consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

. Engage with customers professionally to ensure an exceptional experience.

. Prepare salad toppings, dressings, and ready-to-go items with attention to freshness and presentation.

. Assemble custom and signature salads according to customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.

. Adhere to standard recipes and operating procedures when preparing salads to maintain flavour and quality standards.

. Manage the receipt, preparation, and organization of food delivery orders efficiently.

. Assist with cashier duties and help restock the salad station and grab-and-go area as needed.

. Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times.

. Maintain a clean and organized workspace following procedural guidelines.

. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

. Food knowledge and takes pride in the food they serve.

. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

. Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

. Reliability in attendance and punctuality

. Possess good communication skills.
