Central Wellness Pte. Ltd. specializes in providing vitamins and supplements to Singapore and Southeast Asia. We are a start-up expanding our team in Singapore to provide quality supplements and increase brand awareness for Dr. K Lab in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase product advantages and characteristics.
- Provide comprehensive product information, including usage guidelines, to clients.
- Identify prospective clients and nurture new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, road shows, and trade shows to generate leads and expand the customer network.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Identify new clients through cold calls, client visits, and emails.
- Negotiate with customers and prepare sales proposals.
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales forecasting and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement business plans based on customer insights and market analysis.
- Create and execute promotion strategies and activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and practices.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns for promoting products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or supplement field preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or supplement industry.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical and clinical information effectively.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma.
- Technical Skills: - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as capable of managing 5 to 10 Medical Representatives and Sale Promoters.
- Good relations and contacts with top doctors and pharmacy purchase in charge. - Experience in Cardio Diabetic, Gastro, Physician, and GP segments preferred, with exposure to Chennai market.
- Execution of customer coverage strategies, promotions, and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Soft Skills: - Brand ambassadorship for the company. - Recruitment Vacancy management and supervision.
- Performance management and team development.
- Achievement of targets and brand building.
- Handling field grievances and acting as a bridge between management and the field team.
