Responsibilities:- Listen attentively to customers, understand their requirements, and assist them in finding the perfect product.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers.
- Create a positive brand image and encourage consumers to use our products.
- Utilize various tools such as lectures, films, charts, and slide shows to engage customers.
- Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, etc., to explore new sales opportunities.
- Identify customer interests and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
- Arrange attractive product displays and promotional booths.
- Skills and Requirements:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferably a degree in marketing.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Fluent and confident when delivering presentations.6. Capable of working independently.
