Job Description

Job Scope

  • . Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • . Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
  • . Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure
  • satisfaction and repeat business.
  • . Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • . Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
  • . Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • . Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
  • . Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
  • . Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • . Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
  • . Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment.
  • . Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including
  • strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure
  • customer needs are met.
  • . Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier's database - updating where necessary.
  • . Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the
  • respective sales manager.
  • . Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.

Qualifications
.

  • Must possess at least GCE O / A / Diploma / Degree or equivalentCandidates without sales experience but with 2-3 years Project coordination experience
  • will also be considered
