Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts, focusing on revenue growth by securing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client information.
• Coordinate proposals from presales and provide precise quotations based on client needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing all project-related matters, including payments.
• Coordinate tender briefings and lead bid reviews with presales teams.
• Ensure the completion and quality of proposals in collaboration with presales teams.
• Prepare quotations for client opportunities.
• Track and manage timelines, submitting updates to other functional teams.
• Ensure consistency within internal teams and allocate appropriate resources for client engagements.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical sales or services environment.
