Job Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.- Present Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to clients, highlighting their features and benefits and demonstrating how they address clients specific needs.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers, to showcase the benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
Utilize digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to engage with potential clients and drive awareness of our offerings.- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote our solutions to a wider audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize our online presence, including our website and social media profiles, to attract and engage potential clients.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in both sales and marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience in the software industry, preferably within the ERP domain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to both sales and marketing activities.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.- Professional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
