Responsible for monthly sales forecast and reporting, pricing review and negotiations, customer complaint handling, Contract & Account Receivable management, tracking of Sales revenue vs Budgeting.
Grow the market share and find new customers for Heraeus Electronics products in the defined geographic area and to grow revenue beyond budget amount through organic growth and new business opportunities with the aid of CRM tool and applying Challenger sales skills.
Develop strong relationships with decision makers with key customers in geographic area of responsibility in order to manage and grow the business.
Develop and implement Sales and Account Plans with Strategies aimed at winning market share from competition and finding new opportunities through engaging the right channels with customer.
Develop strong knowledge of HET products & Solutions with ability to sell the value of our product portfolio and solutions to our customers, while understanding our competition and their strength and weaknesses
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Business or Marketing discipline
Minimum 8 years experience in Sales Management
Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts, developing new business, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing higher level customer relationships.
Preferable to have minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or Electronics manufacturing industry.
At least 5 years primary knowledge of the semiconductor/electronics industry and markets
A Self-starter with leadership mindset, with skills in Account management, pricing negotiation, contract management.
Able to handle and manage challenging customers and situations.
Ability to travel up to 50% and be based in Office.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
