Job Scope: - Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and influencer.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the solution, linking this knowledge directly to customer ROI.- Identify and cultivate opportunity signals to generate expansion opportunities, such as up-selling, add-ons, and cross-selling.
Consult with customers on their internal processes, challenging leaders to drive organizational change.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective account management and communicate customer feedback.
Preferably 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle.
