We are a leading freight forwarding company with worldwide operation. Vacancy for Sales Account Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for co-loaders business (Import and Export shipments) Hunter & Farmer role.
- Maintain and develop business with new / existing customers.
- Promote targeted trade lanes.
- Prepare quotations and ensure rates to customers are updated.
- Work closely within Ocean Consolidation team to increase market share of LCL consolidation services.
- Co-ordinate with Sales Support and Operations Team to ensure shipments are in order.
- Responsible for individual sales goals, KPIs and account receivables.
Job Requirements
- Preferably minimum qualification of Professional Certificate / Diploma in any discipline / GCE A level.
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience with proven sales track record within Freight Forwarding and/or NVOCC Industry.
- Good knowledge of International Trade and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong LCL selling experience, preferably from a consolidator &/or a mid-sized global sea-air forwarder.
- Result driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Possess own vehicle, an advantage
- Possess strong hunter mentality
