Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and prospects to ensure
  • satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
  • Prepare and provide sales quotations to customers.
  • Negotiating contracts, the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Establish sales objectives through effective forecasting.
  • Providing support, information, and guidance to customers.
  • Set sales forecast, reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Interfacing with vendors / suppliers and building up relationships.
  • Team player and able to work under fast-paced environment.
  • Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, including
  • strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal, including technical support and product development to ensure
  • customer needs are met.
  • Up-keep of customers and partners/supplier's database updating where necessary.
  • Record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report as directed by the
  • respective sales manager.
  • Ensure all customers are handled in customer-oriented manner.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or diploma (At least 2 years of work experience) in business related courses or equivalent .
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT industry and its products and services
  • Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

  • Working hours : Monday Friday, Office Hours
