The ideal candidate needs to:

  • Have a good understanding of the luxury industry
  • Be aware of product aesthetics and design
  • Have a keen interest in sustainability and eco-friendly products and solutions
  • Be well-organized and capable of tracking orders, deliveries, and managing stock
  • Be comfortable working in a creative environment, liaising with both designers and the supply chain department
  • Be able to accompany clients on their orders and requests

Responsibilities

  • Manage a base of clients and nurture ongoing business relationships
  • Present and upsell new products and solutions
  • Track and process client orders and re-orders, stock levels, ensuring timely delivery
  • Liaise with clients worldwide, focusing on luxury properties and brands
  • Work closely with internal departments to meet client needs
  • Follow up on client orders and manage new developments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Detail-oriented, proactive with a positive mindset
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Extensive product knowledge and tech-savvy, including proficiency with CRM software
  • Prior experience in the hotel F&B sector is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with the Singapore and broader APAC markets would be a valuable asset
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage
