What is the role
We are seeking a highly committed and motivated Sales & Account Manager to join our customer success, sales, and support team. This position plays a vital role in converting warm prospects into satisfied customers, managing existing customer accounts, and driving growth within these accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Prospect Conversion: Engage with warm leads to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions, converting prospects into loyal customers.
Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for account growth and work collaboratively to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Success: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to senior management.

Collaborates - We're all about teamwork here. You will work closely with cross-functional collaboration with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
Functional/Technical Skills - You should have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications will be a plus.
Proven experience in customer success, and sales, in a SaaS startup environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
