Responsibilities

• Purchase BSI/BRI Package
• Vehicle Registration and Issue Vehicle Tax Invoice
• COE Bidding
• Submit Vehicle Delivery Checklist
• Prepare Delivery Stop Campaign Vehicle Status
• Liaise with Logistics/Workshop/Bodyshop to carry out Stop Campaign (/Warranty Department)
• Customs Duty Payment
• Shipment Arrival
• Vehicle homologation
• Petty cash reimbursement
• Verify Transportation/Warehousing and Used Car Overtrade Invoices
• Stock Take
• Adhoc task from a supervisor

Requirements

• Min O level with 3 years of admin experience
• Able to work under a fast pace environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words and Excel
• IT Savvy
• A team player and eye on details
• Able to start work within short notice
