Processing of sales & service orders
- Handling of delivery arrangement
Maintaining and updating database including stock-in & out data- Liaising with customers on their orders & requirements
Assisting Sales Team on filing, data entry and follow-up (when necessary)
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Minimum O level
- Able to converse in English
Knowledge of ERP, SAP, and MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL will be an advantage.- At least 2 years of working experience in Admin coordination work
