Job Requisition

. Diploma in any field

. Experience in sales operations and sales support is an advantage

. Proficient in using CRM system such as Zoho and MS office Suite

. Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools

. Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

. Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • To provide support and assistance to the sales team
  • To prepare reports and other documents required by the management
  • To liase and coordinate with Operations and Sales team
  • Able to follow up closely with new and existing clients
  • Check incoming e-mails and prepare quotations
  • Assist with additional tasks/initiatives as assigned
