What you will be doing:
The sales support & admin executive is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day activities of our Chief Commercial Officer and the sales team .
Responsibilities:
. Sales Support: Assist the sales enablement team with day-to-day activities, and administrative preparations such as vendor onboarding and coordinating with Risk team on client name screening.
. Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage the Chief Commercial Officer's (CCO) calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance
. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
. Claims Submission: Ensure timely processing of claims submissions on Zoho system.
What you need to be successful in this role:
. Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
. Proficient in MS Office, and Zoho
. Experience in processing claims in Zoho or other expense reporting software.
. Able to work independently without supervision.
