Due to the tremendous demands & growth, we are looking for good personality & capable Sales executives & Sales supports to support our customers needs.
We are looking for a Sales Support Admin to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals
-Supporting the sales department on administrative tasks
-Preparation of quotations/Work done plan and follow-up with customers on the status.
-Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
-Maintaining and updating sales and customer records & Project Tender status.
-Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
-Handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness
-Able to work under pressure & tight timeline
-coordinate the delivery of goods to customers
-Competent in MS Office
-Extrovert personality
-Self-motivated, takes initiative, pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill
-Effective written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
-On Job training will be provided
