Position: Sales Administration Officer
Reporting to: Operation Manager - Sales Administration
Responsibilities
. To maintain a close and good relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent account management services
. To prepare sales reports and analysis
. To provide administrative support to regional sales team
. To perform system entries and master update
. To process orders and handle operational documents
. To co-ordinate with internal & external parties for shipping arrangement
. To handle ad hoc projects
Requirements
. Degree or Higher Diploma in related disciplines
. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Sales Administration or Customer Services for order processing and shipment follow up etc.
. Knowledge in selling computer peripheral products is an advantage
. Proficient in using MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access etc.)
. Knowledge in using SAP is an advantage
. Good command in spoken & written English & Chinese (i.e. Putonghua & Cantonese)
. Good sense of responsibility, self-motivated, attentive to detail, able to work independently in fast-paced environment.
. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external parties
