Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the Production Department
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Expedite orders through internal coordination
- Direct important feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Stay up to date with new products and features
- Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- GCE O level or high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, particularly MS Excel
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidates who are able to commence on short notice will be preferred
