Role DescriptionThis is a for a Sales Administrator & Customer Service position at Arise Services PTE LTD in Singapore. As a Sales Administrator & Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling pre and post course registration
Handling paperwork before, during and after a course- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines
Reply to customers enquiries on course information/customer complaints, and feedback to the Stakeholders.
- Prepare and file documents
Make accurate customer and sales data entry into the system- Provide administrative support to the team
Assist with the execution of special events and promotions
- Other ad hoc duties as assignments
Education/Skills/Experience:
- Minimally a diploma in any field
Excellent communication skill in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with strong potential
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus- Customer service and communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic applications like MS Office and Zoom
Experience in the service industry is a plus
Basic Salary: From $2000-$2500
Yearly increment (based on performance)13th month bonus
